Manual/semi-automatic + automatic welding groove process (traditional standard groove):

Process method 1:
1. Cellulose electrode, argon arc welding, semi-automatic solid wire, RMD metal powder cored wire for bottoming
2. Filling: Fully automatic gas shielded flux core or solid core welding wire filling. Covering surface: DPS-500A+A-300N
3. Welding wire: 1.0mm solid wire, 1.2mm gas shielded flux cored wire for filling and covering surface
4. Gas: base 100% CO2 or 80% Ar+20% CO2, fill the cover surface with 80% Ar+20% CO2
Process characteristics: The equipment configuration is simple, which is twice that of the traditional welding rod.

Process method 2:
1. Automatic welding, bottoming, filling and capping are integrated, there is a gap between the counterparts, and gaskets are needed: ceramic or steel gaskets on the back; no gaps and gaskets are needed for the counterparts: a layer is welded after the back is cleaned: DPS-500A+A-300N
Welding wire: 1.2mm gas shielded solid core welding wire with bottom filling and covering surface, high efficiency and low cost.
Gas: 70%CO2+ 30%Ar
Process characteristics: simple equipment configuration, high welding efficiency, 3 times that of traditional welding rods
Groove processing requirements: relatively standardized
Suitable working conditions: automatic welding of lower pressure pipelines such as water pipelines and municipal pipelines
